My husband made the reservation with airbnb for Christmas get a way on Oct 26 and had to cancel on Nov 1, the house was under evolve management that he wasn’t awared of. We only got 50% refund (we paid $1598, got refund $829). We canceled far in advance, that house got rented right away, the company said it was their policy but it never stated the percentage of refund, only said partial refund if cancel before December 20. It was clearly a scam, don’t ever rent from this agency, airbnb should not let them in !
