Literally refusing to refund my buyer without me paying £10 to do so!! Multiple Unauthorized charges on my card from Etsy (which has no money in it). They are holding the money in the account for the sale hostage and in the mean time I sold the item happily on Facebook marketplace. Want them to close my store and refund the buyer but they are refusing, saying I need to pay to do so? The money the buyer sent is STUCK in etsy, I am unable to verify the bank account from three years ago I no longer have access to! And because of this they are charging my card I have on file as a buyer! Fraud!!! Avoid!!! Etsy support does not respond and refuses to refund the buyer.
