Etsy flagged my account for fraud and began canceling my orders without contacting me to confirm if it was actually me making the purchases.I have been chasing after their customer service to try and resolve this but they definitely do not seem to care about the impact that it has and are refusing to respond to me. They asked a serious of security questions that I answered correctly and then they just ghosted me. I tried to follow up. No response. This is deeply frustrating since the orders they canceled were holiday gifts. I’ve had my Etsy account since 2016 and have always used the same payment method. Don’t rely on Etsy customer service to resolve your issue. They do not care. I’ll have to do my holiday shopping elsewhere.
