Im a regular seller on Etsy and have a great reputation with my customers. Ive not needed to use their customer support team and everything has been fine until i do. Someone was recently able to hack into my account and add their bank details in place of mine so my sales money goes to them.ETSY support is slow and none responsive and i cant believe they do not have a care team for Fraud! Very stressful, no other platform would be this unsupportive.Someone was able to easily change my bank details, but im not able to change them back…. What sort of security allows that?!
