This is a scam. 1. You are not buying land, as according to Scotland Law, you are unable to buy this land from a third party. 2. You are not buying a title as ownership of land has nothing to do with any recognized coat of arms and therefore comes with no title. 3. They do not plant trees with your money. They claim that they send a portion of profits to a company that plants trees but HAVE NEVER given proof of this action… so if you trust their word … this may or may not be true.Note: most of the 5 star reviews are bots.If you don’t believe me, just look up ‘established titles scam’ on YouTube or Reddit
