I’ve made 5 purchases using the Eneba service. One of the third party sellers on the platform failed (not this last one…it worked perfectly) and when I reported the issue, Eneba took actionable review and refunded my entire amount. It took a little time for Eneba to ensure I wasn’t frauding the seller. Once researched I was appropriately credited in full.
