This is the worst experience I have ever gone through. They are quick to offer to help but as soon as they have your money, they cut the communication. I applied for two visas, then they sent one and when I tried to reach them via whatsapp, they said I had to pay $295 for medical insurance. They told me that my insurance is not is not accepted in the UAE. They said that the second visa will only be issued after the medical insurance payment is done. They have a dozen phone numbers but none of them really works. I think they are a big scam. My travel dates are coming up soon and my partner’s visa is not here.
