Ordered 25th November and not recieved product. They originally replied apologising and said they would send out a replacement. They have not and have not issued a refund either. Their main site doesn’t exist (discount-headphones.com) I have a tracking number however i know there is issue with royal mail but the tracking would indicate it never arrived to them or its lost. What ever it is, electro geeks still have not responded and I have a feeling this is a scam site.
