I ordered an iron account and they gave me a bronze, It honestly wasn’t a huge deal but it kinda felt like I was getting scammed so I asked for an iron account instead, they were “happy” to help after I raised a dispute. And within 30 mins I got a new account, but the email didn’t work, the service felt super annoyed telling me to just wait and it’ll take time, after a bit of asking, they said it would take them 2 hours to get an “expert” which only needed to tell me they gave the wrong website
