This is the third review about the same issue-we were never refunded by e-Dreams, although the Airline company sent me a report of transferring our refund to the agency. This ranges from fraud to theft.Don’t believe the sob canned answer they give me every time. It’s been a year and a half and NO REFUND WATSOEVER.
