eDreams a scamI booked flights to Rio de Janeiro in year 2020 but couldn’t travel due to covid. Airlines cancelled my flights and I’ve been waiting for 2 yrs for my refund. The status on the app remains on ‘processing’ and today when I try the chat box on app, it is now giving message that my booking reference number does not exist. I’m unable to communicate with the agent. Taag airline confirmed that refund was made to eDreams.I need my refund asap, DO NOT MAKE ANY BOOKING WITH eDREAMS, THEY ARE A SCAM!
