Should have read the trust pilot reviews about this company before ordering but my son was adamant that this company was genuine. Ordered a Mystery box from Ed Vntge for my son as a Christmas present. After It didn’t arrive in the time that the description advised I decided to track it. Problem is you can’t. On checking the order conformation it directs you to an app called Shop to track but there is no tracking info, just the description of what you ordered. There are no contact details for the company apart from one e-mail address. I have sent several e-mails and also messaged them on Instagram but have heard nothing back from the company. Looking closer at the company, with the lack of customer service and ways to contact them It looks like this is not a genuine company. I now believe that this is a scam and will not be receiving my £100 Mystery Box ordered. Luckily I used my Credit card so will be contacting my bank to get me money back. I wanted to post this review so that other customers will not be scammed like I was. DO NOT ORDER FROM ED VNTGE UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY.
