TOTAL SCAM. I’ll bet all the positive reviews were made by the company itself. They didn’t deliver the documents within the guaranteed 2 hours. After waiting 5 hours and several chats with their customer services team, still nothing but “we’ll follow up”. So… I’ve been researching and others have confirmed that the documents aren’t even valid or accepted by car rental companies. What a huge annoyance and waste of time and money, after booking a car you can’t take. DON’T FALL FOR IT!
