Was looking to buy a steam wallet code online. Found their website and since it’s verified on trustpilot I thought you can trust the site and there won’t be any problems at all.But I was wrong. After buying the code for myself and trying to redeem it on steam I got an error message. The code is invalid.Tried contacting the support ASAP. Explaining my situation and what happened. The support just straight up assumed that I got scammed and gave my code away. Even though I mentioned extensively that the code was for myself and I tried redeeming it myself. No third party involvement. After another E-Mail mentioning that I didn’t get scammed and tried using it myself they still were talking about being a scammed and that my e-mail would get blocked by their store?!I advise AGAINST buying from the site at all cost!! Find another.Edit: After several email exchanges and they provided me with a refund. Nevertheless the support at the beginning was a struggle to talk to. Assuming that you have been scammed, when you provide full disclosure + information on everthing. And @dundle – of course I wouldn’t share a screenshot with the code (that I was not asked to provide btw!) that I bought from you on it – even if its with your support. It’d be really dumb to just share a code with someone random.
