Dundle

    I have been using Dundle for a while now. Yesterday I have placed an order and paid via mobile and they blocked my orders. Payment has been successful, I have been using this payment method for couple of years with no issues and suddenly they want further verification. Fair enough. I have provided them with my mobile bill, hoping that my order will be processed instantly. They said the invoice I sent is not original which is a joke because I got it directly from my o2 account… now I am waiting 2nd day, no further info, nothing… I used their service because it was quick and simple. I will not be using this service again if I need to wait 2-3 days for my order.FINAL EDIT:Dundle accused me of theft and fraud because I have sent phone bill that was on my wife’s name even though I am second account holder. Now they don’t want to refund the purchase nor release the order. At the moment they stole over £115 from me, no order, no refund and no answers. I will be escalating this further.
