Booked a car from airport but did not receive the confirmation email. Tried all the car hire companies at the airport but none had a booking in our name. Luckily we screenshotted the booking and realised they had changed the pick up day to the following day so immediately cancelled the booking. Again no email was received. Company is now claiming we did not cancel correctly and as the date has now passed NO refund is due. Credit card chargeback is now in process.DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDSTERS
