ordered a suitcase then looked at website based in china. item never arrived followed tracking from china them to hermes order was supposed to be delivered on friday 7/10/22 at 17.27 i was at home nothing arrived left in a safe place lol rang hermes on monday they have no info on parcel or tracking no defo a scam please avoid
