Couldn’t find any reviews about this website at my time of purchase but now I have found them I wish I could have seen these before purchasing. Ordered a mirror from them over 3 weeks ago, gave shipping and tracking, evri website showed tracking so I thought this would be legit, however when expanding for more accurate info from evri it needed my postcode and said that my post code was incorrect. Emailed downwardlab and they said they were working hard to help etc etc. Parcel has since been ‘delivered’ by evri but not to my address, I’ve taken this up with the seller and now get no response what so ever from them. I have now had to go via my bank to retrieve the funds as the contact number on their website doesn’t work. If someone could tell me how to report this scam website I’d appreciate it.
