Now 6 days without a refill. No resolution, no attempt at a resolution, and no service provided. Called the support line a dozen times throughout the day and it goes straight to an operator and you can’t leave a message.Support email line goes unanswered.Portal messages go unanswered.I’ve asked for a full refund of every dollar I’ve paid them and to cancel my membership.This sounds dramatic, but it’s 100% honest – everyone working at this company should be in prison for fraud, stealing money, and hurting patients instead of helping ones seeking treatment.It’s not worth the struggle to fight tooth and nail every month, and it’s more stressful to worry about DONE screwing you over time and time again than it is to just self manage your disorder without help.Do not give them a cent, and if you have and you feel betrayed, consider reporting them to the BBB and seeking out an attorney. They can and should be shut down and sued.
