However, they failed to mention that the “free months” will not allow me to have access to my patient portal. I cannot message my provider who they switched me to since the first provider they assigned me was not licensed to prescribe medication in the state I reside in. This site is a joke, they do not care at all about their patients, will provide you with run around non answer answers, continue to claim they have escalated your concern. Complete SCAM, do not waste your money or time with Done.
