    What a fraud company. Takes them 2 weeks to respond to a support. Then when you respond it’s another 2 weeks. Basically takes an entire month to get one answer, and they still don’t help you. They’ve stolen money from me for months now without a response to my cancellation request and their refund is half only a subscription. Pathetic. Scam company. Will be expecting refunds or filing fraud soon. I did not know a simple service could be so incompetent for such an expensive monthly charge.
