STAY AWAY!!!!!!!I cannot urge others more strongly to avoid doing business with Domain.com at all costs. We had to spend countless hours in support with Domain.com, trying to move our G suite and domain over to Google. This was because hundreds of emails did not arrive/get sent out based on Domain.com service and hosting. Their support chat closes down within minutes and it feels like they have outsourced their support somewhere, as they don’t seem to care about their customers. You have to chase them for weeks to get to the right person. They also promise you things in the support chat that do not get followed up on. This includes important things like cancelling a subscription or following up on support issues they have promised to resolve. They also refuse to return the automated deductions their services have deducted from our “cancelled subscriptions”. Their services seem more like a scam than a genuine business with values.
