It’s a scam! Don’t waste time and money. Most importantly don’t let them ruin your trip. We reserved a car to pick up at airport at 8pm and provided them our flight number and my mobile contact. Supposed to have someone waiting for us at the arrival hall, couldn’t see anyone at 8:10pm. We tired every possible ways to contact them for few hours on that night and the next morning (we managed to find them before their office hours) , we were shocked that they have already gave our car to someone else! And refused to release our deposit.
