We found this company online hoping to unlock an iphone quickly to change service from one provider to another, it was advertised for somewhere around $25. We paid the $32 (included a service fee) and thought we were done. BUT NO! This was the 1st step, we then had to pay $35 which ended up being over $40 only to be told the phone would be unlocked within 10 BUSINESS DAYS!!!!!!!!! this is the weekend before thanksgiving, so while we were trying to take care of something in one day, if we wait for you, it would be 2 weeks. Suggestion: Actually provide the service you are selling, immediately and actually charge exactly what you advertise the service for! this is fraudulent and frustrating.
