Beware of this company, they have no integrity and appear to be fraudulent. I purchased 2 hard cover books which never arrived. I contacted customer service and did not receive a response. I filed a claim with Chase Bank and was credited a temporary refund. The customer service department then contacted me and said that the books were digital (I don’t buy digital books). They followed up and said that if I cancel my claim with the bank that they would provide a full refund. I withdrew the claim with Chase and Digitstore24 charged my account again and now will not return my emails.
