I did ordered twice this month online with them, both my orders marked as delivered and nothing has arrived!!!When I tried to complain through my account they closed my account and I have no access to them so I lost my account and my money!!!!I have got a reply from Dhgate!!!!They even did not bother to see what I wrote!!!! They closed my account no reason!How am going to get in touch with them??I did try everything they maintain on they reply before and of course it’s not possible to get in touch with them as long as my account is closed with them and the tracking they provide I had it on my email and I used it all what it shows me is my parcel rout nothing else, I couldn’t get in touch with delivery company or Dhgate!!!It seems like there’s lots of scammers on Dhgate platform!!!So I guess it’s Dhgate’s responsibility to fix my problem by contacting the seller on they platform because I have tried everything possible and no result.
