WAY LESS THAN ONE STAR! This travel agency is a SCAM!!!! I tried to redeem over $300 on flight credit from a flight I booked with them. Their response was is the airline job to do that, and there’s nothing they can do. Tried to contact several times the manager and they keep on lying over and over again saying the manager is on a different call. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM!!! I’ll try and spread this review as much as I can!
