    This seller adds extra merchandise to your order and charges you for it immediately. Once you let them know this has happened, you are told “our process is automated, so there is no way to modify your order, but we will offer you a partial discount” (on the things you did not order and do not want). Your only other option is to pay for return shipping to Lithuania! This is a scam to rip off anxious customers. How shameful to steal from people who are only trying to buy a gift. I had to file a claim with PayPal, also with my credit card company and *contact the shipping company to refuse delivery.* That was finally how I was able to try to get my money back.UPDATE 11-24-2022 – you can see the standard BOT reply from Derila below. I don’t expect anything more than the usual runaround and stall tactics that I have already experienced and many others have reported. They have been SILENT in my two claims to PayPal since November 16. If they truly wanted to rectify this situation, they have already had ample opportunities. Instead, they post a meaningless “response” to try to maintain the appearance of customer service, when *every person at Derila* I have had contact with is there not to help me, but to make sure that I accept the merchandise I did not order and do not want and pay them for these items.
