I ordered 2 pillows, and I thought I needed pillow covers, so I ordered 2. I then realized the pillow already comes with a cover. There is no way to remove something already in the cart. So I emailed right away to remove some of the items. I was told a few minutes later that it was being shipped and I could only return it when I have received it.A few days later, I received the pillows. They are as hard as rock, unusable. I emailed many times to receive information to return them, I was given the runaround, offered a 15% discount, offered a waranty…Finally, I was given the address to return, to Lithuania!With tracking! The cost at Canada Post is $235!!!That is more than I would receive as refund…(if they would refund…)What is amazing, is that the pillows were sent from an address in Montreal, where I live). not Lithuania….I have complained, but am not getting any response from the Derila team.Beware of SCAM!!!
