I ordered one pillow today but I was charged immediately for 2 pillowcases and 4 cooling covers which I have never ordered and never authorized the payments for it.Within minutes I sent a request to change my order and refund for the 2 cases and 4 covers. They replied that it would be not possible because it had been packed and transferred for shipment.So the standard situation and I fully agree with other reviews that it is a real SCAM.
