Scam Scam Scam I got this pillow and upon opening I knew it would be way too firm, I never used it. I contacted the company who said that because I had opened it, I was unable to return it. There is a serious lack of customer service and business integrity, it feels like they are just selling a crappy product that is unable to return once you realize it is a piece of garbage
