My wife ordered what she thought was 1 pillow and got 4 – typical of this company. But regardless, they were not what we imagined – way too small for a normal use pillow, so we requested a return on them. Original shipping cost was $8.95. After multiple responses offering discounts and warranty instead they issued a return authorization WITH A SHIPPING ADDRESS IN LITHUANIA! The cheapest parcel there through USPS is like $145. This item shipped to us from Buffalo NY for $8.95. There’s NO WAY we should have to send it back to Lithuania. On responding they gave some excuse about their merchandise shipping from China. Seems like just a total scam to get around any reasonable chance of return. I will NOT be ordering ANYTHING from Derila ever again.
