Still uncertain if this is a scam! Ordered over a month ago, no way to even make a complaint much less find out where my product is. I have sent multiple emails to customer service with no result. Have requested my order to be canceled and my card refunded with no response. Tracking number appears to be bogus, my order is being shipped in circles, plus it is an internal tracking system. It does not link to a carrier’s website. In short, no matter how great this product may be, provided that it actually arives, I will NEVER deal with them again. Buyer beware!!!
