This company may be scamming customers. I ordered a hoodie as a gift for a friend. Two weeks later, it hadn’t been delivered. I then tried to contact the company for an ETA—there’s no phone number, just a customer support email. I emailed, and haven’t heard anything back. Fortunately, I canceled my payment through the credit card company. I don’t advise buying their products.
