I purchased a hoodie last year and the delivery was longer than expected. I thought maybe this was a scam and had my credit card company credit me back the money. After I received my credit, the jacket came in the mail. I emailed Baerskin and let them know that I did receive the jacket and wanted to pay for it. They emailed back and said since I was inconvenienced that the jacket was no charge. I give this company 2 thumbs up!
