I am not getting any response out of customer service after weeks and weeks of trying to get some clarification on the shipping and delivery of my product. Spent big money on this product and expected some level of customer service, or responsiveness. Reading a lot about how this may be a scam, or not a real company. I’m hoping that isn’t true, but its more-and-more seeming like it is. Holding my breath for at least a response…and maybe even get my product delivered someday. That would be nice.
