This company is a scam and I’m pretty sure they paid people to write five star reviews. I purchased a voucher after seeing an instagram promotion, they sneak in the fine print that the voucher comes with “6 months of forever clean membership”. They say that they only take your card information in the event that your cleaner takes more time or you want to leave a tip. This isn’t true- they will use it to pull $49 a month out of your account. The customer service representatives are combative, nasty and rude and basically just try to bully you into not cancelling.The cleaners were really difficult to book, it took 3 weeks to finally get someone out to clean after other cleaners cancelled on me last minute. This is basically like taskrabbit, but predatory, don’t use it.
