BEWARE OF SCAM: When you sign up you think you’re signing up for a one-time fee and a membership you can “cancel at anytime.” What they don’t tell you is you’ll be paying a fee of $49 a month and to cancel you have to pay $213. This is blatant false advertising. They have no phone or way to contact the business and do not respond to their help requests online. They also claim an error when you try to cancel. On top of the hidden fees, the cleaners are AWFUL. My cleaner left an hour early and my house was still a MESS! She essentially spent 2hrs wiping down my counters. I think the 5star ratings are from bots… no way these cleaners are professionals. The only up side is that so many people have be filing these charges as fraud that my credit card immediately flagged it and the payment was declined. Be careful!
