Although I do love my banking experience overall. I had my account breeched a few months ago , due to some fraudulent charges, and it took over a month I believe to get my money back and I had bills to pay. I almost got evicted. Although I understand you probably have thousands of individuals that bank with you, I believe fraud should be your number one priority. Life stops for no one
