Dear, everyone I made a deposit to my crypto.com account on 17 of November €23095 total when I bought crypto and tried to withdraw my withdraw got canceled and my account got sized I can’t withdraw. crypto.com demanded a bank statement which I provided they first said my bank statement was insufficient so i provided a new bank statement, after 2 days they told me i should contact my bank for a fraud recall to retrieve my money. why i need to contact my bank for a fraud recall when there is no fraud involved????this is so suspicious they refuse to transfer my money back to my bank or let me withdraw my money. they say the way to solve this is if I ask my bank for a fraud recall for what reason?I don’t know if I ever get my money? why would a company where I transferred my money too ask me to contact me bank for a fraud recall (chargeback) to get my money?
