The experience was 3 stars; but the product was 5 star. It took over a week to have it show any real tracking outside of a notice “Creating Label” that read that way for days. I thought I had fallen to scam! To boot this was a gift. It did arrive late. But I was informed it was in a zip satchel and the fabric is light and comfortable!
