This is a SCAM. Like many other tutors, my account was permanently disabled without cause and with no reason given just as I had earned big money and was about to be able to withdraw it. I earned over €600 dollars which they have stopped me from accessing. This has happened to many tutors. Do not support a business that scams money out of their tutors. I wish I had never heard of them.Update: after filing a formal complaint and emailing the company again, they have reactivated my account.
