Horrible website that steal money. simply fraudulent. STAY AWAY for this and from RAILCARD (which is where I believe they stole my data from). I have not even realised how this website has accessed my data, bank account, bank card details etc. and what is worst it does not even allow you to remove the bank card details so they keep storing those without me authorising it. I was charged 15 GPB for nothing, was not able to get any benefits the website is not compatible with mobile and nor does it work properly on computer. It took me hours to cancel my membership (it had various misleading buttons where the user falsely believed it was cancelling however it was not) which I didn’t even know I had. From what I could gather it was somehow fraudulently activated while I was purchasing the railcard two for one.
