By pure luck, I happened to look at my bank account statement yesterday and saw that £15 had been taken from my account. I am a 70 year old pensioner and can ill afford £15 a month for something I will NEVER use! I tried phoning the number on their site and was asked to provide my “membership” details! I have no idea what they are!! Then I was asked to provide the last four digits of the card I had used, which I gave. (I only ever use one card for online stuff) They said they had no record of my card nor any details of me?? Strange that. Seeing as they can thieve money from my account! I’ve sent them an email but don’t expect a reply. I will be visiting my bank in person and demanding they block this scamming company immediately. I can only guess that this whole affair was down to me purchasing a birthday card for my great-grandson, via Moonpig, something I will NEVER use again!!
