SCAM!! They took money from me back in April saying it was a moonpig sign up offer, contacted them to cancel whatever it was. Which was fine. A few months went by… October they again proceeded to take money from my account. I then contacted them again to which I got a refund and told it was moonpig again, however I’d not used moonpig all year due to this happening in April… so they cancelled and refunded. It’s now November to which they’re proceeding to take more money… I have since contacted the bank and put a block on them. They seem to be keeping peoples details on system and relying on people to not check or remember what they’ve done with regards to online shopping. Watch this space for next month I guess.
