I had a £15 withdrawal pending today from Complete Save. Had no knowledge of signing up to this and definitely did not receive an email and welcome pack from them. Contacted them immediately and had membership cancelled and refund actioned. It seems I clicked on a cash back offer from Photobox which got me into this situation. Any company partnering with Complete Save need to rethink their approach as this is the last time I will use Photobox. To Complete Save I say your business model is a scam the feedback on Trustpilot shows that you are not transparent in your approach and you work on the basis that some people won’t pick up on the fact that they have signed up. Shame on you.
