Ordered a key for New World in stock (Instant Delivery). It did say it was out of stock but would be Re stocked within 2-12 hours (They specifically said 12 hours Max). 24 hours passed and no key arrived. Logged a support ticket on their website for refund as it says “wait more hours”… I have no product, no refund and absolutely no reply from their so called customer service teams….
