I bought a MS Office CD KEY online. I got the ISO file, ran setup, got the product installed and the tried the CD key they emailed me to me. I got the error “CD Key not recognized a dozen times.” The ONLY way to contact their customer service is through their contact form that has only selectable answers and you have to prove with screen shots you tried to key (which I did.) I got an email back that I didn’t do the installation correctly and that they would not be sending me a refund. If is smells like a scam and quacks like a scam… I will stick to CDKeys.com from now on.
