I recently ordered Football Manager 2023 for steam. I actually had to pay with a different card as mine was being replaced. The order then needed extra anti-fraud procedures in order to be fulfilled. It was annoying. However, after completing the extra steps, my order was fulfilled with no issues. Customer service was a little slow at times but did everything they needed to to keep everything financially secure and to ensure my order was fulfilled timely too. Would recommend.
