Fraud – Ordered a frame that didn’t work for progressive lenses so returned them and ordered another pair. Didn’t get refund for return, which was send with delivery verification, and never received the 2nd pair that I ordered. Customer service is via email and they have stopped replying. I am sure Tom Brady wouldn’t want to be associated with them. I live near him and so He will receive a letter informing him. Especially since he has been dipped with the bit coin deal.
